Your first visit typically covers your medical and family history, current medications, any active concerns, and the preventive screenings that make sense for your age and risk. If you need labs, imaging, or a specialist, we order and coordinate them and follow up with you on the results. Afterward, you can message your care team, view lab results, and request refills through our secure patient portal.

To make the most of your first appointment, bring a photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, a credit card, a list of your current medications and supplements, and any recent lab results or records from a previous doctor.
