What a Telehealth Visit at Radiant Looks Like

Telehealth at Radiant Primary Care is a video visit with your own primary care doctor — Dr. Krupa Gandhi or Dr. Yashsavi Sharad — not a rotating on-call clinician. It works well for follow-up visits, check-ins on ongoing conditions like blood pressure or diabetes, prescription renewals, reviewing lab results, and many non-urgent concerns that don’t need a hands-on exam.

When you request an appointment, just note that you’d like a telehealth visit. You can join from a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera — ideally somewhere private with a good connection. Your doctor reviews your history, talks through your concerns, and sends any prescriptions, lab orders, or referrals you need. Afterward, you can message your care team and see results through our patient portal.

Some things can’t be done over video. If your concern needs a physical exam, a vaccine, or an in-office test, we’ll schedule you at our Millburn office, Monday through Saturday. New to the practice? See what to expect as a new patient.

Telehealth is not for emergencies. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of a stroke, or any other emergency, call 911. This page is general information, not medical advice.
