Same-Day Access

Most men put off checkups because of the wait. We keep same-day slots open, in-person or via telehealth.

Internal Medicine Care for Men, at Every Stage

At Radiant Primary Care, men’s health checkups don’t get rushed. Dr. Yashsavi Sharad and Dr. Krupa Gandhi are both board-certified internists who build ongoing care around the health needs that matter most for men over time: cardiovascular risk screening, prostate health conversations, hormone and testosterone evaluation, and the preventive labs that catch problems years before symptoms show up.

We’re not a urology clinic, and we don’t perform urologic procedures. But hormone-related concerns — including testosterone therapy when clinically indicated — are managed directly as part of your primary care, with monitoring built into your regular visits, not automatically referred out. When you do need a urology referral or a specialist workup outside primary care, we coordinate that referral and keep your chart connected to it.

Most patients are seen within 24 hours, in-person in Millburn or by telehealth — no six-week wait to get the checkup you’ve been putting off.

Common Questions

Do you offer testosterone therapy?

Yes, when it’s clinically indicated. We evaluate symptoms and lab work first, then manage treatment as part of your ongoing primary care, with regular monitoring built into future visits. We’re an internal medicine practice, not a stand-alone TRT clinic, so treatment is part of your broader health picture. For urologic procedures or complex specialist care outside primary care, we coordinate a referral.

What does a men’s health visit at Radiant include?

Your visit is built around your history and goals. This can include an annual physical, blood pressure and cardiovascular risk review, age-appropriate prostate health discussion, and a conversation about weight, hormone-related concerns, or mental wellness. We order any labs, imaging, or specialist referrals you need and follow up on results with you directly.

At what age should men start regular checkups?

There’s no single answer — it depends on your family history, risk factors, and current health. Many men benefit from establishing primary care in their 30s or 40s to start tracking cardiovascular and metabolic risk early, rather than waiting for a problem to show up. We can help you figure out the right starting point at your first visit.

Do you accept my insurance, and how do I book?

We accept Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and several other major plans, plus self-pay options. Patients searching for a men’s health doctor near Millburn, Short Hills, Maplewood, or Springfield, NJ can usually be seen within 24 hours — book online or call (973) 309-6192.
